During this period, we will be pausing the issuance of all new certificates, except for AlphaSSL Certificates, which will continue to be available as usual.
For customers who have already made a payment but have not yet received their certificate, we will issue full refunds. These refunds will be processed automatically and returned to your original payment method within 7 days—no action is required on your end.
